About the Offering

To look back is to remember, acknowledge and honour your relatives, ancestors, lineages and ancestral roots to provide you with a foundation to be here in the present moment.

As we inch closer to the spring equinox, we’re called to slowly emerge from hibernation and awaken along creation.

Lee guides and facilitates from a place of genuine connection combined with encouragement to listen to your body and have fun while balancing your wholistic wellness.

Recording was taken on March 18, 2022 as part of a virtual workshop to honour the spring equinox.
